Forward-deployed AI engineers for accounting firms

An engineer, embedded
in how your firm actually works.

Not another tool to log into. An AI engineer works directly inside your firm's workflow — QuickBooks, Xero, your client files — and builds the agents that handle reconciliation, close, intake, and reporting for you.

How we work

This is what forward-deployed actually means.

1 engineer
Dedicated to your firm for the entire engagement — not a rotating support queue
0 seats
No per-seat software licenses — one flat engagement covers your whole firm
100%
Of what we build runs on your own systems and stays yours if we ever part ways

One engineer. Five agents built for accounting firms.

Scoped to what your firm actually needs — not a bundle you have to buy all at once.

Who we are

Built by someone who saw the gap from the inside.

Alcor Growth exists because the engineering that runs the biggest companies in the world was never built with accounting and bookkeeping firms in mind — and one engineer got tired of watching that happen.

Before Alcor Growth, our founder worked as an engineer at Google — building and shipping systems at a scale most companies never see, on teams where "good enough" software wasn't an option.

Every accounting firm we talk to is running the same manual processes on the back end that the biggest tech companies automated away a decade ago. That gap — between the engineering available to trillion-dollar companies and the tools available to a 12-person CPA firm — is what Alcor Growth was built to close.

Alcor Growth exists to work directly inside accounting and bookkeeping practices — not to sell software licenses and disappear, but to embed an engineer in your actual workflow and build the same caliber of automation that powers big tech, running on your books.

Our Founder

Founder & Principal Engineer, Alcor Growth · Former Google Engineer

Built and shipped software at Google scale. Now embeds directly inside accounting and bookkeeping firms to build the AI agents they never had access to — one firm at a time.

01

The agent, not just the automation

A one-off script breaks the moment your workflow changes. We embed to build agents that adapt with your firm — not a script that quietly rots in six months. Most vendors sell you software and disappear. We build the thing and stay.

02

You own what we build

No lock-in, no black-box "trust the algorithm." Every agent runs on your own systems, and you keep the keys.

03

Your clients come first

Every decision gets weighed against one question: does this actually make the work better for the client on the other end, or just the metrics on someone else's dashboard.

Common questions

Still deciding?

Here's what most firm owners want to know before booking a call.

How fast can I actually have an agent live?

Most first agents go from kickoff to live in your workflow within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on scope and how many systems we're integrating with. You'll know your exact timeline after the discovery call.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. There's no lock-in — and since every agent we build runs on your own systems, you're never stuck with something you can't take with you.

We already use QuickBooks or Xero. Do we need to switch?

No. We build the agent to work inside the tools you already run. If something in your current stack is actively holding you back, we'll tell you honestly — but switching isn't the default.

Will an AI agent actually handle sensitive client financial data safely?

Every agent is built with access scoped to exactly what it needs, and nothing touches client data outside the systems you already trust and control.

What does this cost?

$997/month, plus a one-time $2,500 implementation fee to scope, build, and integrate your first agent. Go yearly and it's $9,970/year — two months free compared to paying monthly. See the full breakdown in Pricing.

What if it's not the right fit for our firm?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for — to catch a bad fit before either of us spends time or money on it, not after.
